Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information using the email or phone number provided at checkout. Shipping times shown by the carrier are estimates and are separate from our processing time.

Please Double-Check Your Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package redirected.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered but reported missing. Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or inability to deliver, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges
Need a different size or want to exchange for another item? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee that the same item or size will be available.

Final Sale Items
Sale, clearance, discounted items, gift cards, and items specifically marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewelry & Natural Stones
Many of our pieces feature natural or natural-looking stones with variations in color, matrix, shape, and pattern. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
